Email from RDS to Yahoo accounts

Email from RDS: some parents with Yahoo accounts are reporting problems receiving any email from RDS. We have confirmed that they are receiving their mail, but that it is being automatically filtered to the parents' Bulk Mail box.

While we are waiting for a reply from Yahoo (24-72 hours), we have found that having the parent add the sender to their address books unblocks that particular sender. For example, KA teacher Chelsea Feldman is cfeldman@rdschool.org; Mike Riera is mriera@rdschool.org; Warren Sepkowitz is wsepkowitz@rdschool.org.

A better solution, though slightly more complicated, is to setup a filter:

1) Navigate to your Yahoo email account.
2) On the upper right side there is an Options link.
3) Click on the Options link.
4) In the middle column named Management there is a Filters link.
5) Click on the Filters link.
6) Click on the add button.
7) In the empty text box next to “From Header: contains” type in rdschool.org
8) Where it says “Then: Move the message to :” choose Inbox
9) Click on the Add Filter button in the lower left corner
10) You now should receive all mail from rdschool.org in you Inbox.

We are trying to work to resolve this issue with Yahoo.
