Time to complete your application

The online application may take some time to complete. Some of the questions require thoughtful consideration. Please take your time and answer as honestly and completely as possible.

As you complete each question, your application will be saved. You can leave the application and come back to it by using the special code that will be provided to you when you start the application. Don't lose this code. If you lose your code, you will need to start your application over from the beginning.

Please print a copy of the completed application for your records before submitting.

Application Fee

Before completing the application you will be required to pay an $80 application fee. You can pay with Visa, MasterCard, or PayPal. If you would prefer to pay in some other way, or you feel that you qualify for a reduced application fee, please call the Admission office before beginning your online application. The office will provide you with a special code for your application.
